Message	Thank you eveyone for your kind words.I just got back from the hospital.My shoulder and collar bone started to bother me. Great news the x-rays say everything is ok.This is my 1st accident and hopefully the last. You guys suggest I should sue him.I don't have full coverage insurance.My questions is what should I sue for?On what basis? Do I sue for the total loss of my car,beacause his insurance wont cover it?Medical bills? Missed work? What is the chance I will win?I was told his insurance company CAN'T write my car off as a total lose since he is at fault. Does NE1 know if this is true?? Do I wait to see what his insurance company will offer?Is there NE1 who has gone thru this process? Any and all help is much appreciated.This shit is to much stress. Frank
